The program's design is utilitarian, just a small gray rectangle with a few check boxes and drop-down menus. It really doesn't do anything that you can't do on your own in Windows, but it is handy to have all of these controls in one easy-to-access interface. Don't Sleep is a simple utility that blocks computers from performing these and other actions. It's true that we could adjust the settings for these actions, but we don't always think to do that. It happens periodically that our computer shuts down, restarts, or hibernates when we really don't want it to. ![]()
